Everything requires nature and nurture.
“Brainman” – who is ostensibly one of the smartest dudes in the world, see google, explains that he is gay by nature. But I say he can only be by nature and nurture combined. Anyone is born with the possibility of being gay or straight, nice or mean, work hard or be lazy. Each has an inherited predisposition to be more or less one way or another but nobody can be identical so tiny mental mutations make radical life differences when expounded over a lifetime.
Fighting is same way – when drunk men fight are they doing that because they are angry or because they decided to fight? If in fact if they didnt “decide” at all then they would fight until the death by nature. In real life it’s a combination and anyone can be pushed to be passive or aggressive - yet were born with a natural predisposition to be more of one or the other. Ones lacking the control mechanism are out of control and in jail or dead and therefore their genes spread more slowly by natures design, not wanting too many off the map mutants breeding in the gene pool lest we all become out of control by design. Yin and yang.
A flower is born likely to be the same as the one next to itself until one is transplanted and successive generations breed. At this point one group will have more sun and love than the other and the coddled one will shine extra bright and spread its pollen babies in even greater numbers and further in to the forest. I think.
Nurture’s part of the DNA strand lets it manipulate the mutatable mechanism and therby create differentiators, and competitors for species.
Whereas the control mechanism in a normal balanced evolutionary model like a human will protect the basic genetic functions, i.e. natures part of the DNA strand, from learning/changing too much but still allow it to differentiate enough to compete and ultimately evolve each population in competition with the other.
The combination of the nature and nurture portions of the DNA make up each whole human.
I am shocked if you read this far. You are nice.

The CBC had a ceremony for successfully elected black politicians today. They gave a standing ovation to the dude who was caught last year in a scandal with 90K in his freezer and hasnt been tried and jailed just yet, Rep. Jefferson.
It seems to me there is serious moral decay throughout DC, suprise, suprise.

Senator Pelosi is one of the most impressive politicians to emerge as a leader recently. She seems real sweet too. Unfortunately her politics are all messed up. “San Francisco politics” should stay in San Francisco. I am betting Nancy’s supporters outside the Bay area will tire of her after they see more bad moves, like her support of John Murtha for a leadership position.
Ironically Nancy just acquired her own power on a platform partially focused on anti-corruption. Yet, she battled in support of her friend Murtha eventhough he was caught on a video from the “Abscam” era telling presumed Arab sheiks that he might take their bribes “later on”. I think the voters and leaders should say “later on” to Murtha.
Can you believe the second most powerful American woman blew her first fight in such a haphazard manner? The fight was a loser anyhow since the Dems favored Hoyer for the spot all along. And again Murtha was obviously the wrong guy for the job. Pelosi’s possible excuses are that Murtha is her friend and he is a fierce anti-Bush/cut-and-runner like Pelosi herself. But you just can’t fight corruption and embrace corrupt people simultaneously or you’ll lose all credibility, like Nancy has.
Whether or not you think we should leave Iraq you have to admit that Bush and the Dems voted together to go in, relying on the same bogus information.
Speaking of SanFran politics – can you believe the nerve of these people to cancel the ROTC program and displace a few thousand kids who were using it for job skills and discipline training. Of course, the SF schools take our tax money but city leaders don’t feel any need to help defend our country from terror or allow SF students and their families to make their own life decisions.

Michael “Kramer“ Richards This guy is the biggest idiot ever. He must be on drugs. What a shame, since we all have affection for his Seinfeld character. The fact that he apologized to Sharpton and Jackson instead of his victims for his verbal attack shows that he treats blacks as a homogenous group in which he lacks respect. He sees black people as “they” and therefore can’t identify with his victims as unique sensitive humans, no different than himself and his own people. And who voted Jackson and Sharpton in as the default leaders of all blacks anyhow? Maybe blacks would vote for another leader if they had a separate society. But they don’t; and are us; and are unique individuals; and should not be insulted individually or as a group. Kramer, I wish you were kidding me, like any respectable comedian, and I want you to give me a break forever
Speaking of race, Kramer is a huge public disgrace to the Jewish people this same year of Jack Abramoff (remove abram for emphasis), and pedophile Rabbi David Kaye caught on TV. These three are the most evil Jews of the day. They make Hollywood Jews (Mel Gibson’s nemeses) look like saints. And Kramer makes MadMax look like a saint. A tainted saint, no doubt; but his level of hatred for Jews is much lower than Kramer’s for blacks if their respective speech is any indicator. You would think that a member of one repressed group would have empathy for members of another. When Richards went on David Letterman the day after the incident he referred to the victims as “the Afroamericans”, again depersonalizing them. This old fashioned language and the way he said it made some people in the audience laugh; which made Richards say that people, other than himself, are insensitive to the subject, which was not the case at the time. Of course the news played up the audience laughter. He also hired a big PR agent as if he was important enough to necessitate an agent at all. I guess someone who can work on media strategy with Al Sharpton’s agent. How fun. Lets hope they all go away. Speaking of the victims, they hired self-important Hollywood agent/attorney Gloria Allred to extract fame and fortune from their victimization. Give me a break. They are clearly victims and clearly should stand up for their and everyone’s civil rights, on TV if they can get airtime. But I think they are handling themselves all wrong. They are mistakenly taking the lead of the Hollywood idiots who need to be put back in their shells. Let’s hope they all go away. Also Seinfeld came to Richards’ aid on his previously scheduled Letterman appearance. Was that to protect the market share of their reruns, given Seinfeld was on a promotional tour at the time? Why is Seinfeld on a promo tour at all? Isn’t he rich enough? I don’t care the slightest if people stop watching Seinfeld reruns. That is way beside the point. Give me a break.

Jackson tends to get involved with important issues and will always put himself on the line. Great attributes by any standard. His self importance is somewhat annoying though, and the whole “hymietown” incident from way back. But overall he is an extremely impressive leader and I think that black Americans should be proud to have him as a public representative to the extent they believe he is one. There are few political or religious type figures that have flawless records over decades, and Jackson is no exception.
Compared to Trent Lott, Al Sharpton, or John Murtha he looks pretty good. And compared to most others. So I am going to give Jackson a break on his past anti-Semitism and his ego and hope he handles the Kramer incident and future hostage negotiations with grace. Amen.

Every time you see this dude, Al Sharpton, on TV remind the media company propagating his BS to give you a break. For some reason “reporters” fail to disclose the biographies of their controversial subjects, even when the facts are already in the public domain.. If you are young you may not recall that Sharpton has been caught on video selling about a pound of cocaine to an FBI agent in his rambunctious years. I think that is a real big load.
Moreover, and even worse, he invented a huge scam using a poor girl named Twana Brawley as his pawn. He persuaded Twana to report to police that a bunch of white men kidnapped her and did all sorts of heinous acts. Then Sharpton positioned himself as a civil rights leader going after the bad men. But the whole thing was bizarre and totally fabricated. So ask yourself why Sharpton is consistently given free reign to preach on TV whatever BS he can scrape up at the time? Give me a break.
I know little about Sharpton. But he has way less than zero credibility and should be in jail for his dirty dealings, or at the very least become blacklisted from “credible” media sources.

Well this one is a little complex and I will just touch on the basics. He is the son of Gloria Vanderbilt I think, or some other famous broad. In any case, he is pretty smart. Prior to the New Orleans flooding I thought he was pompous and shallow and immature and grandstanding and sensationalist. But I think after he saw the tragedy and suffering in his home town he aged and humbled and focused. And he got lots of kudos. So he realized his pure self was working and he could lose most of his ego.
Then suddenly he showed up doing quality work on difficult assignments around the world. So I am his fan. Recently though he showed video of US soldiers being killed by terrorist fire. Very lame, dude. You are about to be on the unsupportable list if you do any more crap like that. Peace.

This guy is super smart, and he knows it and shows it. Remember when he wore a bowtie for years. Eventually Jon Stewart went on his CNN show co-hosted with Bob Novak. Stewart was unusually cruel and essentially called those guys idiots and laughed at his bowtie. While Stewart had a relevant point, it was delivered in a poor, and clearly not funny manner. In any event Carlson was quickly fired from CNN, which was weird, and he landed at MSNBC, sans bowtie.
So here is the main point. I have spent a good amount of time not liking Carlson, but I find him to be correct on his opinion of the issues more often than any other opinionated journalist. Note: Most good journalists are unbiased and merely report, like Blitzer, but that is not Carlson’s format - so the two can not be compared.
So Carlson is real smart, he is maturing in his attitude, he has no bowtie, and I think he is a winner in vetting critical world issues. My disclaimer is that he is likely to disappoint me, and then you will see an updated blog.
All the best.
